engineering & design for the addition of a new 3-phase separator,
chiller, and reciprocating pumps associated with the polypropylene
gas process. |
Texaco Monsanto
CO2 Compressor Station |

| Multi-discipline
detailed design, procurement, commissioning and start-up support for
a CO2 Compressor Station. Work included piping, foundation,
and structural supports, as well as interfacing new system with
existing plant control and power systems. |
LaRoche Chemicals
Air Compressor |

| Plant air system
upgrade, including specification and procurement of two “Joy”
centrifugal air compressors, new building and foundations along with
access platforms for after coolers and discharge piping tie-ins into
existing plant air systems. Upgraded motor control center by
specifying and procuring additional transformers and starters for
compressor motors. |

Barge Fleeting & Loading Expansion |

| Detailed Design of dock
expansion, including the design of new breasting and mooring
dolphins along with the addition of a new barge fleeting area.
Dock facilities included a new marine vapor recovery system, loading
and unloading facilities, and specification of the loading arms.
Responsible for all piping tie-ins, as well as the interfacing with
existing control system. |
